1lb ground salmon ( or 2 pks of plain burger)
4oz crumbled goat cheese
2oz chopped sundried tomatoes
1T chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4t pepper Pepper
3T olive oil
1C panko

Instructions

Thaw plain burgers.
Mix goat cheese, basil, sundried tomatoes, and salmon together.
Form 2-3 oz burger patties and coat in panko.
Pan fry over med heat for 2 min on each side or until golden brown.
